- O hotel/flat se encontra sem boa manutenção .... - A manutençao esta com MUITAS falhas com paredes pintadas porém com rachaturas (NOSSA), banheiro com os cantos sujos e limo, a pia de marmore travertino com buracos altando preenchimento, o air condicionado com a tampa suja e com as astes faltantes. Olha nao sei quem á a pessoa responsavel mas !!? - ja o cafá da manhã com simplicidade e de qualidade duvidosa, com reposiçao e produtos ruins, serviço das atendentes lastimável, de humor tbem duvidoso e quase de enfrentamento. (terceirizaçao ??) - A recepção sem um unico ajudante para carregar ou ajudar com as malas (igual a um IBIS) horroroso para a um Ramada - classifico este hotel com este "preço" um dos piores que já estive em SP. - O que resta é a localização e a roupa de cama que estava ok

Good stay overall

Very pleasant stay overall, but not quite what was advertised. First the good. Excellent breakfast, great check-in and a very good area with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and public transport nearby. I didn't check out the gym or the pool. The cleaner only came in when I left the "please clean" sign on the door - also very good. Two issues: first there were no kitchen utensils or anything to eat with in the room. There were supposed to be both. Second, minor issue was that I was charged for something from the min-bar although I never used anything. It took most of the check-out time and signing a form to clear this issue up. Final thing - almost no English spoken - which I would have thought not correct for an hotel.

Satisfatório ! Fiquei hospedada apenas uma noite, mas foram 2 quartos!! Quarto bem antigo, com ar condicionado de janela, sem controle remoto pra ligar, que a parte da frente caiu no momento que ligou ! O quarto foi trocado por outro, mas antigo do mesmo modo!! Conseguindo um up grade para apenas 1 quarto, este já todo reformado !! Hotel bem localizado, com ótimos restaurantes ao redor !!

Bom hotel para uma noite. Funcional, sem luxos. Quartos grandes. As únicas falhas detectadas foi a academia com problemas de manutenção, que imagino seja pontual. Onde o hotel tem um problema é com o café da manhã... deixa muito a desejar em todos os aspectos. Ver aquelas salchichas fatiadas, flutuando em aquele “líquido” pseudo transparente/vermelho... melhor não comentar. Péssimo café da manhã. Por sorte, perto, tem bons lugares para tomar café o lanches.

Hotel básico, mas bom o suficiente para um fim de semana agradável em São Paulo! O quarto é muito espaçoso: tem uma sala com sofá, mesa e mini cozinha e o quarto separado com cama muito confortável. O banheiro fica separado também, e achei o espaço amplo pra um casal. Chuveiro bom, hotel limpo e café da manhã gostoso. Tudo isso na melhor região do Itam Bibi, com restaurantes e bares a poucos passos!
