Pra um hotel avaliado como 5 estrelas, a academia era péssima, o café da manhã ruim (com exceção da tapioca) e limitado, inclusive faltando suco de laranja que não foi reposto. Pedi um sanduíche no serviço de quarto que veio frio. O ponto positivo foi o atendimento do recepcionista Matheus (acho que esse é o nome dele), foi muito bom!

Minha chave do quarto não funcionava, cada vez que ia subir alguém da recepção tinha que subir também. O chuveiro está quebrado, água batia na parede, tinha que ficar encostado na parede para se melhora o que fazia a gente bater na torneira e chuveiro se desligava, além de que estava vazando água do box. Água também não tinha pressão se quente, tinha que ficar morno/frio para ficar mais forte

Não acho que vale o custo.

O quarto é muito barulhento. É possível ouvir o som da descarga, do chuveiro e até um pouco das conversas dos quartos vizinhos. Além disso, fiquei em um andar baixo, e o barulho da rua também incomoda bastante.

Minha experiência foi excelente! O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso. A estadia foi boa, o hotel é bom. O ponto baixo foi que cheguei de um voo cedo, cheguei no hotel por volta de 10h para fazer o checkin e tive que pagar meia diária para entrar no quarto, mesmo o hotel estando vazio. Embora não seja uma cobrança ilegal, certamente perde em relacionamento com o cliente.

El edificio esta viejo, tiene olor a viejo, la iluminacion de la habitacion es antigua, las alfombras estan envejecidas. Solo el baño esta refoemado y en buenas condiciones, las toallas y sabanas impecables.
