The staff are not friendly. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in South America where I genuinely felt unwelcome. The breakfast was good and is included, but everything else is a charge, even the soap.

Decent place in good location

A small and affordable hotel in a good location, close of Parque Ibirapuera and Avenida Paulista. Feels more like a hostel in terms of standard.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from Expedia when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it) These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared. Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.
