Atendimento ruim

Parece interessante o propósito, mas não funcionou. Check in exige selfies, documentos, como se estivesse abrindo uma conta digital em um banco, mas não mandaram a senha da porta. Chegando lá, atendimento digital demorou 40 minutos para responder. Eu já estava em um IBIS quase alugando um quarto quando o Nomah deu sinal de vida. Recebi a senha da porta e voltei. Quarto ok, boas facilidades, mas com cheiro de cigarro.

Má experiência no geral. Não consegui entrar no apartamento no horario combinado. Demoraram para responder mensagens e tive que esperar na rua com malas e um bebê no colo até resolverem o problema.

Muito ruim

Cuidado com este estadia, nao é um hotel. Check-in via app nao funciona, nao ha recepcao, gasta muito tempo para entrar no hotel, nao ha comunicacao alem de um robo. Nao ha agua no frigobar, nao tem com quem deixar uma mala. Quarto é muito pequeno, preco muito alto. Definitivamente nao recomendo. Unico ponto positivo, reembolsaram rapidamente a segunda noite que eu cancellei devido a todos estes problemas.
