Pessima manutenção no banheiro

Ponto do hotel excelente , com restaurantes , conveniência , shopping perto . Meu banheiro estava entupido . Solicitei mudar de quarto , eles falaram que não havia necessidade pois arrumariam . Só consegui mudar no outro dia , pq falei que me recusava a ficar nessas condições. Sugiro fazer conferência na manutenção antes de hospedar alguém .

Ótima estadia, bem localizada, quartos grandes, bom café da manhã. Apesar do hotel em reforma não incomodou . Sugiro trocar o chuveiro, água fraca. Péssimo! Antigo e sem conforto

Reservei a melhor categoria disponível, mas o quarto é antigo, cortinas sujas e antigas , precisando ser trocadas. Ainda faltou agua no banheiro e não havia como usar a descarga e o chuveiro. Péssimo! Se este é o melhor quarto, imagino o normal. Mercure caiu muito de qualidade em SP.

Péssima, hotel está em obras. Não fui informada. Os trabalhadores da obra usam o elevador social e de serviço, deixam tudo sujo e empoeirado. apertam todas as teclas do 0, -1 e -2. O hóspede fica vários minutos esperando por um elevador sujo. Os halls dos quartos todos cheios de poerira de obra. Lamentável a desorganização e administração do hotel nessa questão.

Hotel em reforma sendo que isso não foi informado na reserva. Entrada principal bloqueada, sendo obrigado a entrar pelo estacionamento no subsolo. Poucos funcionários, ninguém disponível para pegar a sua bagagem. Quarto com limpeza a desejar, cortina blackout com furos deixando o quarto claro, porta do banheiro não fechava (sem privacidade). Café da manhã ruim com pouquíssimas opções, um funcionário somente para dar conta de tudo Já fiquei em vários hotéis sementes de categoria e faixa de preço e esse, sem dúvida, é o pior deles.
