Excelente hotel. O prédio tem excelente estrutura, com 2 elevadores bem amplos e escada rolante para o restaurante. Localização excelente, a uma quadra da avenida Paulista (sesc Paulista e Pátio Paulista). Cafe da manhã muito bom, com opção de pedir tapioca e omeletes. Café da manhã com máquina de café Melitta, muito boa.

Fiz uma reserva em suite executiva e fui acomodada em um quarto inferior. A porta do banheiro não parava fechada. O banheiro tinha cabelo do hóspede anterior no chão e no box do chuveiro.
