Great hotel. Lobby is modern and updated. Rooms are a bit more classic and haven’t got the remodel done but everything works and it’s super well maintained. Gym is small but with everything you need - I enjoyed working out in it. Terrace has a great view. Restaurant has a short menu but breakfast had plenty of options. Great location with friendly staff.

The services here are extremely bad. Room so old. Breakfast boring, staffs not helpful. Bellmans are useless and not helping. No complimentary water in the room. I stayed here for 7 nights and everything are so bad.

This is an excellent hotel in a great neighborhood of Sao Paulo. It's a pretty wealthy area that caters to tourists and business travelers. The view from the top of the hotel was incredible.

Room is fine, large with a nice balcony. But the wardrobe is difficult to open, there is no drinking water in the room, very poor WiFi connectivity and not a single English Channel on the Tv. Carpet outside the room is dirty. Calling the reception for help with these issues proved very difficult as well.

My stay was excellent. Staff was helpfull and friendly. The room was a good size and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with great views. I also liked the roof top pool. Finally, the location could not be beat.
