The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially some were giving excellent service, such as helped to monitor our Uber, and directed the drive came to the lobby entrance so we did not need to go to the street side. The room and public areas were very clean. Just it’s not a very new facilities, The fitness room was poor, only a thread mill which was broken, and a simple lifting fixture. Breakfast was good if you like seeet stuff. But kind of strange was a Ramen option (extra charge) in the breakfast, not an item for lunch or dinner. The location is right on the Korea street, there are several good Korea restaurants,

The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy a pleasant evening walk. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. There were just a few minor stains on the sheets, and the room was also a bit cold, but aside from that, it’s a very nice hotel.

Centric location, close to pharmacies, parks and other places. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast and the personnel was lovely helping with any inquiry and speaking in English. It was a great experience. Based on my experience, great price compared to others.

The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around.

Island in a dangerous area

The hotel is a little island in an area where you are not going to feel safe. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station (airport express) which was 200-300 meters. However it was a high risk to make that walk. We ended up taking a taxi.
