The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block much of that. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it

Fiquei um pouco decepcionado. E a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel. No segundo dia , solicitamos que a arrumação do quarto fosse feita cedo, ao retornar sendo 13h30 , encontramos o quarto desarrumado. Solicitei a recepção que a limpeza fosse feita apos 16h30 e fomos acordados com batidas na porta às 14h30. Voltei a solicitar que a limpeza fosse feita apos 16h30 sendo que ao retornar dos.meus compromissos , finalmente encontramos o quarto arrumado. Nesse momento, ficamos que a segunda chave não se encontrava no local que nos deixamos, ou seja, foi retirada do quarto sem a nossa autorização e sem termos sido avisados. Para finalizar, hoje pela aguardamo quase 25 minutos para que os ovos mexidos sejam colocados no café da manhã e a unica resposta recebida foi" já estão sendo finalizdos". Evidentemente que este hotel não será a minha primeira opção nas proximas viagens para São Paulo.

Hotel bem localizado, muito embora a estrutura tem aparência de antigo, é um hotel muito bom, espaçoso. O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo a paulista, supermercado e restaurante. Já havia me hospedado anteriormente na mesma rede porém em outro endereço. Recomendo muito, os funcionários são muito educados e lhe tratam muito bem.
