Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Front desk and restaurant are properly staffed and people are very helpful. Hotel has lots of rooms and services them daily, while I appreciate that, it feels they are understaffed on their cleaning crew since we ran out of tissues and toilet paper more than once, shower soap container was empty on the day before we left and we had to improvise putting soap from the sink in a cup to shower. I don't believe this is a fault of the cleaning crew but rather is that they are understaffed and rushing through to cover all rooms during peak occupancy periods.

Excellent stay with super comfortable beds and linens. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming and willing to answer any questions or find answers to questions they didnt know. They were proactive in helping and eager to help. Really appreciated the high level of service provided.

All good the only problem are their magnetic cards that regardless not putting them close to the phone, some times they work sometimes they not and you need to take few times the elevators….. And the elevators are not so fast … although there are 4 you need to call then separately It s a it Annoying

Gosto muito deste hotel, pelo bom atendimento, boa localização entretanto observo que está precisando de uma boa manutenção: lençóis já bastante usados (encardidos), travesseiros já bastante usados (odor de suor de cabeça já entranhado no travesseiro). O café da manhã continua bom mas é preciso chegar até às 9 hrs. Após este horário a reposição é deficiente. Espero que com a reforme em curso, seja colocado nos banheiros, duchinha higiênica. Faz muita falta. Mas continuo seu cliente. O custo benefício, compensa.

Fiquei apenas 1 noite e me atendeu. O quarto é espaçoso. Antigo, mas atendeu as necessidades. Único ponto que me incomodou foi a acústica. Da pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos e realmente não consegui dormir muito bem por isso. No mais para a minha necessidade atendeu as expectativas.

Hotel e bairro excelentes

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, num bairro tranquilo, muito próximo de shopping e restaurantes. Acesso rápido ao centro e região da paulista/jardins.
