Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Front desk and restaurant are properly staffed and people are very helpful. Hotel has lots of rooms and services them daily, while I appreciate that, it feels they are understaffed on their cleaning crew since we ran out of tissues and toilet paper more than once, shower soap container was empty on the day before we left and we had to improvise putting soap from the sink in a cup to shower. I don't believe this is a fault of the cleaning crew but rather is that they are understaffed and rushing through to cover all rooms during peak occupancy periods.

Love this place!!!

Place is amazing! Very clean, staff is absolutely professional and courteous. Have stayed many times at this location/hotel, and I leave very satisfied every time, without fail!! Would give 6 stars if there was an option for that!! Highly and totally recommend!!

A very good hotel that will be even better once the refurbishment is completed. The unrefurbished rooms are still very comfortable if a little tired. The showers have little water pressure. The gym also needs to be undated. The pool is fine but the loungers are designed to be maximally uncomfortable- they definitely need to be replaced. However, breakfast is excellent. Above all the staff are fantastic. We have stayed many times and will do again when back in São Paulo.

This property is quite satisfactory. The room is pleasant and the shower is delightful. The room has a large balcony, although I was unable to utilize it due to the chilly weather. The television offers a few English-speaking channels, but unfortunately, YouTube and Netflix are not available. The hotel lobby is clean and there is a comfortable seating area just outside. There is a large swimming pool and a small gym area. A gas station is located up the street for snacks, and there is a mall just around the corner, approximately two to three blocks away. I was told this is a safe area. I had zero problems walking around. I would recommend this property to anyone. Enjoy

Experience ruined by a poor welcome

We arrived before our check in time and were told we’d have to pay a full nights rate to check in early (a rate far higher than what we’d actually paid). Only once we said no and started walking away did he reveal if we waited another 29 minutes the rate would be halved. We’d just flown 12 hours so this was a sneaky way to try to get more money out of us. All the other staff we encountered were lovely. The location isn’t great - not much in the vicinity The breakfast is great
