Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast.

Segunda vez que fico no Ibis Styles e indico à qualquer pessoa. O grupo que trabalha é super educado, solícito e disponível em ajudar. Em relação à limpeza, posso dizer que encontrei o quarto limpo, toalhas limpas, não posso falar além disso porque fiquei por duas noites e não solicitei a limpeza no período que estive. Em outra oportunidade de ir à São Paulo, certamente ficarei no mesmo hotel.

As comodidades do hotel são muito boas, padrão Ibis. Quarto e banheiro limpos, sendo o banheiro de um tamanho bem bom pra quem gosta de espaço. A equipe super solicita e com bom atendimento. Único "problema" que tive foi no check in, que no dia o hotel estava bem cheio então demorou um pouco, mas percebi que foi mais por conta de clientes que estavam reservando e escolhendo os quartos na hora, então é mais questão de se programar mesmo e tentar chegar mais cedo para que não atrase, principalmente se tiver algum compromisso e quiser descansar antes como eu tinha, tirando isso foi tudo ótimo!!

A equipe é muito educada e gentil, porém a estrutura do hotel não é legal. Embora o quarto seja limpo, as condições do banheiro são péssimas (e aqui friso a questão estrutural e não a limpeza). O banheiro é muito velho. As toalhas são as piores que já usamos… literalmente parecia pano de chão de tão duras e ásperas. O vaso sanitário é duro e meio frouxo, além de não funcionar direito a descarga. Equipe 10. Estrutura 0.

O conforto esperado do Ibis, pelo preço, tava ótimo. Fomos bem recepcionados, atendidos e orientados. Só um ponto é o box do banheiro, muuuito pequeno e ficava com a ducha voltada pra frente, e a porta abria apenas para dentro, nesse aspecto foi bem desconfortável.
