Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast.

Localização excelente , atendimento cordial dos funcionários , só não gostamos por conta de ficar no primeiro andar e tivemos o incômodo de clientes que estavam no restaurante do hotel ficarem fazendo algazarra após o fechamento do bar em frente à entrada. Outro ponto negativo que o Split de aquecimento não estava funcionando , quarto muito frio .
