The best of all is the staffs all very friendly food always fresh . The lady that clean my room everyday her name is Neide , she was amazing very kind and helpful person. I was recovering from a surgery and she made sure everyday I had what I need .

Bom, mas apertado.

Achamos nosso quarto pequeno para um casal e uma criança de 8 anos. Banheiro tem bom tamanho. O cofre e o frigobar ficam dentro de um "armário" que impossível para um adulto acessá-los. U Optamos por não tomar café no hotel, pois estávamos a passeio e sem compromissos com horários. No mais, quando voltàvamos para o hotel já de noite, estava tudo bem arrumado. Ponto positivo. Ponto negativo: quartos sem isolamento acústico. Estávamos no nono andar e mesmo assim, escutávamos o barulho do trânsito. Isso sem falar nos aviões que passam baixo, pousando ou decolando, de Congonhas. Íamos de Uber para a estação Moema de metrô, a corrida ficava por volta de R$ 14,00. Para o Mercadão a corrida ficou em R$ 30,00 e região da Paulista, idem.
