The área surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. Too many alcoholic homeless individuals about a block away from hotel.

Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

A recepcionista mal olha no seu rosto. Perguntei sobre secador e ela foi extremamente grossa. Além de que o quarto estava com fedor de mofo, reclamamos, mas sequer foram conferir. As toalhas estavam úmidas.

Passei 6 dias todos os dias pedi pra limpar o quarto não foi limpo, as toalhas tem cheiro de barato, como se o armazenamento delas o móvel precisasse ser limpo. Precisa melhorar na limpeza do quarto e no armazenamento das toalhas. Café excelente!

Peca na limpeza

O hotel peca pela limpeza. É fácil ver teias de aranha pelos cantos e poeiras em vários móveis. Não fazem faxina e a limpeza entre a saída e a chegada de um novo hóspede é superficial. Esse hotel já tem uns 5 anos que é assim e não fazem nada para mudar. Um absurdo!

não tinha ar quente no ar condicionado, e o cobertor era pequeno para um casal, e na saída me falaram que toda a rede Budget não possiu ar quente... e não tem nenhum aviso no controle do ar da suite, e fiquei tentando por um bom tempo até desistir. e não tem interfone dentro da suite para falar com a recepção. então para dias frios, não recomento a rede Ibis Budget. no restante, tudo certo, dentro do custo/beneficios

Falta de higiene e itens quebrados

Durante minha reserva de 4 dias, precisei trocar de quarto três vezes devido a problemas como falta de higiene, luminárias sem funcionamento, trava de segurança quebrada e limpeza inadequada. No último quarto, ainda havia itens em falta (toalha e bancos). Passei cerca de uma hora nesse processo, com minha família cansada. Portanto gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência.

Péssimo é pouco

Começa pelo quarto sem toalha de rosto e sem tapete, sendo que o banheiro é minúsculo, assim deixa o quarto molhado pq não tem como se secar no lugar que se toma banho. Cama barulhenta. Se escuta o ronco do quarto ao lado, a parede parece de papelão. O café da manhã é uma piada, o pão francês servido estava duro, serviram pão "dormido" no café. A salada de frutas cheia de semente de melancia, pura água, suco de frutas (frutas??) horrível. O café da máquina ok, café de máquina normal. O hotel tem 20 andares com vários apartamentos por andar e o café não tem nem 50 lugares, um absurdo. A tampa do vaso toda solta porta do banheiro com um buraco. O hotel parece abandonado, eu tive que trocar de quarto pq o quarto ofertado estava com muito mofo. Péssimo, tudo péssimo. Ibis nunca mais. Ah, e pra quem acha que é hotel barato, limpeza e café da manhã, mesmo que simples, isso é o mínimo, e o valor de 400 por dia não é tão baratinho assim não. Não recomendo nem pra um inimigo.
