Not bad, but could be better.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian. They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

I booked a big apartment on the last (14th) floor with a large terrace. Instead I got a much smaller apartment with a small dirty balcony on 2nd floor. Every morning I woke up to the construction noise in the nearby building. The receptionist told me that AC didn't work in the apartment that I booked and that I would move in as soon as it's fixed. The other receptionist the next day said that the apartment that I booked and paid for was actually occupied by someone else. And what do I get as compensation? 10% of the original cost, it's outrageous!!

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Gostei muito do apartamento! Tudo muito limpo e a comunicação com a recepção foi ótima. Só tive uns problemas com os utensílios e produtos de limpeza. Não tinha esponja ou detergente para fazer a limpeza dos pratos e também só tinha uma unidade de garfo, faca e colher. Ideal para uma pessoa, mas para um casal foi mais complicado. De maneira geral, experiência muito positiva e super recomendo

Sem dúvida a melhor coisa é a localização. Mas os apartamentos precisam de manutenção, como a instalação de duchas higiênicas nos banheiros, além de algumas infiltrações que notei. Fora isso, voltaria a me hospedar no Housi Paulista.

Boa localização, porém a limpeza do local tem piorado com o passar dos tempos: há barata no hall de entrada, quartos com muita sujeira, roupa de cama com manchas e fios de cabelo, banheiro sujo. A impressão é que a limpeza está sendo feita às pressas.
