Pontos negativos: tive dificuldade em confirmar a minha reserva, precisei mostrar print da reserva que eu fiz, a Internet nao é boa. Pontos positivos: a localização é ótima, metro e ônibus próximo, mercado e varios bares e restaurantes, atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, achei a pousada silenciosa, indico pra outras pessoas.

Apenas a demora em efetuar alguns pequenos serviços, pois pedimos 4 vezes para trocar o esguicho da ducha manual, e ajeitar a maçaneta da porta de entrada que estava saindo, continuando no banheiro, o cheiro é insuportável, pois carece de manutenção, o mal cheiro que fica no mesmo é desagradável, e também apertar o acabamento do registro de pressão, pois está caindo toda hora e já até quebrou a cerâmica embaixo, isto quer dizer que este evento já é de longa data. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, o quarto sempre limpo e cama muito confortável. A localização excelente, perto de tudo, estação de metrô a 150 metros. Gostaria de postar fotos, mas o aplicativo de vcs está travado
