Da vez anterior, quando ocupei um quarto ao lado esquerdo do corredor do andar térreo, ocorreu incômodo por conta de outros hóspedes que conversavam em voz alta, mas que cessou em pouco tempo e conseguir dormir. Desta vez foi muito ruim: ocupei o quarto 7 e o barulho proveniente de um estabelecimento próximo estendeu-se até mais de duas horas da madrugada.

A experiência foi boa. Tive dificuldade para entrar porque o hotel não tem colaboradores no local. Tudo muito moderno. O atendimento telefônico foi muito bom e consegui entrar após conseguir falar com alguém. A senhora que faz limpeza é muito simpática e organizada. Gostei bastante dela e da Fernanda, que me ajudou a fazer o checkin.

Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e não funcionou um dia sequer. O hotel não possui estacionamento nem café da manhã, digo isso porque não vi nenhuma informação que não tinham os serviços.

O hotel é bom, mas os funcionários que fazem são totalmente despreparados e sem educação. No hotel não tinha orientação de horários para limpeza, a moça que faz a limpeza me acordou batente na porta, demorei um pouco em abrir a porta e ela simplesmente abriu a porta e já ia entrando. Educação zero!

Estadia curta mas se senti preocupado com o movimento, nesta noite, pessoas aparentemente embriagadas, altas horas por volta de 4:00hs falando alto e discutindo . PREOCUPANTE com relação a minha segurança. OBS.: Na hora do meu check-out tinha uma pessoa dormindo na recepção sem camisa, talvez resíduo do barulho da madrugada. Não me sinto confiante para usar outra vez o serviço, ou indicar para algum amigo ou amiga.

O pessoal da limpeza do domingo 15/10 passou água sanitária em muita quantidade que tenho alergia e me causou muita irritação onde estou nesse momento hospitalizado pela quantidade excessiva de água sanitária em todo o hotel mas, principalmente no corredor e na recepção. Não tem necessidade de todo aquele cheiro horrível e, a funcionária fala que era preciso. Ressalta que a senhora que trabalhou nesse dia estava visivelmente descompensada.
