The Hotel bathroom stinks every time someone on the room above me flushes the toilet. There's no extra toilet paper on the room . You need to ask the staff and they handle to you the toilet paper unprotected. I will never book this hotel again .

If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

Hotel para quem quer apenas chegar, dormir e sair... O atendimento de recepção precisa melhorar MUITO, o senhor da noite foi o mais educado. No restaurante na hora do café da manhã parecia que eu estava de favor naquele lugar... Enfim, a parte boa do hotel é o serviço de transfer ao aeroporto.

O hotel é simples porém os colaboradores fazem dele um dos melhores hotéis que eu já hospedei nem o hotel em Londres que eu me hospedei foi tão incrível quanto esse... O motorista do translado super educado e receptivo, quando eu cheguei na recepção o recepcionista Edgard me recebeu maravilhosamente bem e me ajudou com as malas, na cozinha as colaboradoras incríveis também... Sempre que eu voltar em guarulhos vou parar lá

Ponto positivo é o transfer aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto. Hotel simples, mas tudo limpinho. Atendente no Check-In precisa ser mais educado. Enquanto fez o checkin falava alto com funcionários do hotel e mal deu atenção no que estava fazendo - atendendo um hóspede que tinha acabo de chegar.
