Would not recommend, rude staff and bad stay.

Rude person at front desk in the night when I went to check, kept telling me no booking no room until I pulled out my hotels.com confirmation. Then kept mumbling while checking me in. Very uncomfortable bed and loud construction noises since early morning. Seems the hotel houses homeless or something cause the people in the hallway and breakfast room were giving those vibes. Breakfast was basic with a side of flies on the fruit and cheese. Area is a total ghetto be very careful

Eu me hospedo no Gran Barão desde 2024, dessa vez, como comentei com o funcionário que fez o meu checkout, a parte hidráulica não estava muito boa. O chuveiro saia mais água pelo cano superior do que na ducha, consegui dar uma ajeitada e melhorou. A ducha higiênica estava vazando e deixo o piso do banheiro com água. A torneira do lavatório estava com folga, aliás o chuveiro também. Tirando isso, o resto estava bom.

Tive um problema sério com a higiene do local, o quarto em que estive hospedado tinha uma infestação de baratas. Quando fui reclamar com o staff do hotel durante a noite, muito aborrecido e com razão, fui ridicularizado e achincalhado! Apenas no dia seguinte eu fui muito bem tratado pelo gerente do hotel, que entendeu o meu lado.

Quarto espaçoso, ficamos em um triplo que nos atendeu bem, com banheiro adequado. A localização é boa para andar a pé durante o dia, e há policiamento frequente na região, apesar da presença de moradores de rua. A equipe foi gentil e nos atendeu com educação, o quarto estava em boas condições e também era bem confortável, porém, a cama de solteiro estava com um pé quebrado, então ela estava torta, ficando um pouco desagradável para dormir. Mas a acomodação era boa, estacionamento, cozinha e conforto eram bons.
