I stay here because of its convenient location relative to where I need to do business. An excellent find, though, as not expensive and has all the basic services. This was my second visit this year. Staff are always helpful.

Overall pleasant stay. Pros: good AC, good location, refrigerator, comfortable and clean. Cons: Internet was spotty, very tiny TV with only a few channels, breakfast not so good but it is free/included.

I rated honestly - I came here for the low price and got exactly what I expected. But - it was clean, great water pressure in the shower. The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly. Wi- fi in the room supported streaming but was not always consistent

My family from Denmark, we has 4 people, 2 parents and 2 children, therfore we booked 2 rooms, but both rooms are in two places faraway from toghether, our room in on the 1st floor, our children's room is on the 7th floor, there is no internet and it's very cold, because there is no heating/aircondition, so both our children got sick with colds and coughs after. It's very noisy in the hotel at night, we can't sleep. We never want comback to this hotel. A lot of bed bugs, dark atmosphere, NOT-Accessible wifi, Old facilities. Hotel bem localizado. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento do recepcionista Mateus. Ele foi muito gentil, nos alertou sobre a segurança e nos indicou lugares legais para comer e conhecer. Infelizmente não poderei falar o mesmo do outros... mas no geral, foi uma boa estadia.

Quarto confortável e limpo, equipe prestativa e café da manhã simples, mas bom. Localizado em região bastante acessível dos principais pontos de compra do centro, como 25 de março. Próximo a Avenida São João, com restaurantes e farmácias. Vale ressaltar que só disponibilizam sabonetes nos banheiros, portanto é preciso levar shampoo e condicionador.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Oferecem um bom café da manhã. O ponto negativo é o mal cheiro que sai do ralo da pia e do banheiro, em alguns momentos ficava horrível de respirar de tanto fedor no quarto.

É o tipo de hotel para quem viaja a trabalho, a lazer, só se você não ficar no hotel. É um hotel antigo, não dá pra mudar muita coisa. Entre custoXbenefício, está na média, mas não dou nota 8. Como eu fui a SP sozinha, achei que poderia andar de metrô e a pé numa boa, apesar de que a localização do hotel é excelente, no centrão, mas eu só andei de UBER, muitos moradores de rua, tinha medo. O quarto era limpo e arrumado todos os dias, troca de toalhas também. O café razoável pelo valor, ok. Mas eu pedi um quarto com varanda e me colocaram num quarto totalmente fechado, eu sou um pouco claustofobica, e isso pra mim foi horrível, pedi para trocar no dia que cheguei, mas não fui atendida com o meu pedido. Felizmente, eu só ia ao hotel para dormir, porque fui a lazer, e passada o dia passeando e visitando SP, só chegava para dormir, deu pra aguentar o quarto fechado, mas não gostei disso. No quesito atendimento pela recepção nota 6, porque também eles não sabiam orientar o hospede sobre os pontos turisticos. No mais, o hotel condiz com o valor, mas não dou nota acima de 7. Me atendeu, mas me deixou claustofobica, porque eu vi na foto que tinha varanda e me colocaram num quarto sem varanda. As moças da limpeza muito bacanas, nota 10 pra elas. Para quem vai a trabalha ou com mais alguém pra passear, eu recomendo, sozinho, não recomendo.

Pontos positivos: A moça da recepção e o que moço que trabalha de Uber são muito simpáticos e foram sempre muito prestativos. A camareira Rainara uma doçura de pessoa. Ponto negativo: o enxoval é velho, pois minha fronha e o cobre leito estavam rasgado, a cortina arrebentada. Fiquei no quarto virado para rua, e não senti nenhum incomodo, até pq a noite é totalmente deserta a rua.
