Quão íncrível é a forma de limpeza desse hotel. Caiu 3 sabontes no chão do banheiro e ainda estão no mesmo local( desde de 09/06) apesar de eu tendo pedido para retirar devido não poder agachar e nem conseguir outra maneira de retirá-los. A pia além, de ser para anão também nunca foi lavada com uma esponja e ali, estão o creme dental impregnado e o sabonete que não há local para pôr qualquer que seja objeto pois sequer tem uma bancada decente e na altura correta. O chão do banheiro a lajota está bem encardida apesar de ser de boa qualidade e na cor adequada e a almofada do vaso também nunca viu uma esponja com sabão e água sanitária ( ficaria branca) está ficando bem encardida na cor amarela. Bem, eu creio que o dono do hotel nunca fez uma vistoria neste tipo de serviço ou concorda e instruiu essa maneira de limpeza. Uma pena, pois o hotel tem boa localização e tenderia a crescer.

Os funcionários são muitos prestativos. Café da manhã tradicional. Um fato estranho é na limpeza visto que caíram dois sabonetes no chão do box há 4 dias e quando limpam o quarto não recolhem mesmo eu tendo pedido devido a uma cirurgia que fiz há sete dias e possuo restrição à agachamento.

Primeiro, gostei do atendimento da equipe, assim que cheguei e quando viajei. Quarto limpo, cama ótima, banheiro espaçoso, internet boa. Café com frutas. Sugestão: cuscuz branco ou de milho, com ovos fritos inteiro, podendo ter batata, inhame. Local seguro, sem riscos, perto do metrô, uns 700 metros. Uber fácil, táxi também. Se quiser, tem o Isaías, ótimo taxista, que me levou até guarulhos, preço acessível, basta ajustar com Ele. Antônio (Sergipe)

Hotel limpo, roupas de camas cheirosas, café da manhã bem ok com tudo de “normal” de um café da manhã, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Achei que atendeu bem a minha expectativa. O quarto que fiquei é pequeno, mas era funcional. Voltaria sim, caso precise. Não é novo, não é luxo, mas entrega bem a tudo que promete.
