Café da manhã dentro dos padrões. Frutas frescas, pães novos, bolos variados. Funcionários super acessíveis, não lembro o nome de todos, mas D. Nubia (arrumadeira) e Michele (recepção) foram super atenciosas. Essa já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos. (Hotel seguro - equipe da polícia na praca de frente por 24hrs)

Na primeira noite NÃO DORMIMOS !!!! Fomos colocados em um quarto no primeiro andar em cima de um BAR no mesmo predio do hotel que fic com uma caixa de som e gente BEBADA falando alto até a madrugada!!! a JANELA DE MADEIRA NAO FECHA A PONTO DE EVITAR O SOM. A cama que fomos colocados era uma chamada( cama de viúva), para uma casal fica extremante desconfortável !!! Banheiro sem ventilação externa e ar que fica só na ventilação !!! Depois de reclamar com a recepção , um dos recepcionista da manha nos trocou GRACAS A DEUS para um quarto no 5° andar com uma cama maior , mas na frente com o barulho do bar e sem vedação da janela contra barulho e luminosidade e com os mesmos problemas do banheiro sem ventilação. Café da manha básico !!! Local perigoso para quem não é de sp !!

Tudo tranquilo. Tive receio com as avaliações anteriores quanto a região, mas tem um posto policial em frente. É um prédio antigo, mas o quarto tem ar condicionado e frigobar. Apenas a TV perdia o sinal e demorava voltar.
