Achei o atendimento ótimo, desde o manobrista, a recepção e o restaurante. Os quartos são na medida suficiente, os lençóis e as camas são confortáveis, o chuveiro é bom. A copa que funciona no segundo andar é ótima, muito útil, tem filtro de água, café, utensílios de cozinha e microondas. Achei o café da manhã muito simples, pouca variedade. O mezzanino onde se faz o café da manhã precisa de uma reforma/atualização. Resumindo, ótimo custo-benefício.
