The flat was clean but the kitchen had almost nothing! The curtains could not get totally shut. The curtains in the living room was not good. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe and the bathroom was big. The breakfast was very convenient

Lived in this hotel for 2 months a decade ago. Staff is good, food is reasonable, but the facility needs remodeling. Air conditioning was not working, WiFi never worked in the room, one elevator broke down, and furniture (including beds) needs renewal.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The rooms were musty from mold. Bathroom showers were loaded with mold. It was disgusting. Switched to other rooms and they had mold. 4 out of 4 rooms had mold. No discount applied due to inconvenience and mold issues. I have photos but no upload link to share.

The staff was very nice and courteous but the facility is so old and in bad shape. The bathroom is awful, really old , stained, mildew stains everywhere. Carpet in the hall is so old. The apartments need a serious remodel. The breakfast is precarious. I will not stay there anymore

Reservei como hotel. Chegamos domingo à noite, cansadas nem uma garrafa de água tinha. Não estou pedindo de graça. O hotel não tinha nem pra vender. Tivemos que sair a noite atrás de um mercado. Tinha uma cozinha, mas não tinha sequer uma panela, ou algo pra fazer miojo. Tomadas que não funcionam. Descarga horrível. Não tinha manta, tivemos que pedir. No outro dia chegamos cansadas não tinha toalhas, tivemos novamente que pedir e aguardar. Pedi por favor se poderiam providenciar xícara de café. Nos ignoraram.

Fiquei 4 dias e foram suficientes para fazer tudo que precisava . O café da manhã estava com o bolo seco e os salgados não era fresquinho , uma variedade boa de frutas. Pedi o ferro para passar e até hoje estou esperando rsrsrs. O ar condicionado deveria ser aquecedor tbm devido o clima de São Paulo. O quarto é ótimo , amplo e agradável. Estava tudo muito limpo . A localização é ótima . Um lugar tranquilo e agradável.

Nos acomodaram em um flat velho, de piso desgastado, sendo que era uma suite elite. Eletrodomésticos antigos, o micro ondas é uma luta para usar o timer. Quartos e armários com cheiro forte de mofo, a porta p/ a varanda (que tivemos que abrir p/ arejar) não tranca; o lençol de elástico sujo, tive que pedir p/ trocar e tive que pedir outro cobertor, pois só havia 2, sendo 3 hóspedes. Decepcionada, pois o site mostra fotos lindas dos quartos e flats.

Cheguei ao quarto e estava cheirando mofo e tinha muita traça, precisei pedir para ser trocada de quarto, no próximo quarto não fedia a mofo, mas estava tudo descascado precisando de uma reforma e tinha um refletor na janela que mesmo com blackout deixava tudo claro, me decepcionei com o hotel.
