check-in demorado, fui cobrada de 40,00 de estacionamento e não estava descrito essa cobrança aqui no App, era longe do hotel, hotel do lado de barzinho, barulho a madrugada toda, gritos na rua, discussões, café da manhã fui de escada pq apenas um elevador estava funcionando e vc espera horas pra descer, fiquei esperando uma hora e meia o motorista vir trazer meu carro para eu ir embora no domingo! péssimo atendimento dos funcionários e estadia para nunca mais voltar!

Café da manhã não é mais o mesmo!

Tudo continua muito bom, com exceção do café da manhã que caiu na qualidade e diversidade. Não é mais como antes: com diversidade de paes, bolos. Não há mais iogurte natural, torradas, por exemplo. O pão de queijo durante os 2 dias em que me hospedei (1 a 3 de agosto 2025) estava frio e borrachudo. Que pena.

Tapetes do corredor e do quarto estavam muito sujos, cheirando a molhado. Quarto muito escuro. Estacionamento deixou a desejar, tive esperar por um bom tempo até receber o meu veículo. Continua muito bom, mas não como antes

Hotel muito bom, com ótimo café da manhã. Cama confortável e banho muito bom! Por hospedar-me com certa frequência neste hotel, no café da manhã, senti das 2 últimas vezes, falta de torradas. Uma senhora do café ficava a toda hora passando pelas mesas para recolher pratos, o que chega a meu ver, a intimidar e a atrapalhar pessoas que estavam tomando café e conversando. Por estar sozinho na mesa, fui pegar pão e frios e quando voltei à mesa, ela já tinha retirado a xícara de café e os talheres. Excelente funcionária mas há excesso de vigilância.

O hotel é bastante limpo, é organizado, os funcionários são muito educados. Será nosso novo local de hospedagem em SP. PS: O Centro de São Paulo, onde o hotel está localizado está mais seguro e há bastante policiamento em frente ao hotel.

Boa opção de suite para familia

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro histórico de SP, na Ipiranga com a São João. Região cheia de mercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes e transporte. Algumas quadras da Sta Efigenia. A noite achei um pouco barulhento, mas suportável! Na opção suite familia foi bom porque fiquei com a minha esposa num quarto, e meus filhos separados em outro quarto na mesma suite. É uma região um pouco perigosa (tentaram roubar meu celular na frente do hotel), e não tem estacionamento, então paga-se 40 reais e tem que sempre pedir o carro 20 minutos antes. Achei o café da manhã fraco para o padrão “Monreale”

De fato, um qia

Hotel com incrível estrutura, quarto bem iluminado, arejado e tudo muito limpo. O café é absurdo de bom, muita variedade, mas achei que tinha muitas coisas frias e a sanduícheira não deu muita conta da quantidade de pessoas. Seria bom uns microondas disponíveis. A limpeza estava boa, mas demoraram pra trocar as toalhas, tive que ligar pra lembrar.

Gosto muito desse hotel, é a terceira vez que me hospedo nele com um grupo de amigos. O café da manhã é incrível e a localização muito boa. O único infortúnio é que não havia água quente no hotel em nosso primeiro dia de estadia. Os travesseiros do quarto também eram irregulares, um sendo confortável e outros 3 sendo gigantes e duros, impossível de dormir neles

Hotel bom, porem nao tivemos assistência.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, ficamos de terça a sábado porem na sexta o hotel ficou sem agua quente e ficamos o dia todo sem ter como tomar banho e acredito que a obrigação do hotel era no minimo ter nos ressarcido de uma diária já que a mesma foi só transtorno.
