The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

O espaço dos quartos é um grande diferencial. Apenas a TV é um pouco antiga e a acústica fica prejudicada. O Staff é muito atencioso, a exemplo da funcionária Jade (recepção), que atende muito bem.

Em geral o hotel é bonito e a localização excelente. Porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar, como a cama extremamente mole (até afunda) e travesseiros também ruins, que foram nossas maiores decepções. A acústica do quarto também não é boa, foi possível ouvir conversas dos corredores e também da rua. Café da manhã muito bom, frutas e demais itens frescos. Pouca variedade de doces, mas nada que impeça um bom café da manhã.
