Its the second time we stayed there, first time was perfect, this time however we noticed a huge lack of maintenance in the rooms. The room wasn’t enough clean ,shower was clogged with water going outside, no internet working in the room. The beds are confi and nice gym and swimming pool . The laud of the nightclub the same.. but this time the party didn’t bother me but the other problems listed definitely

I had many issues on this property since I arrive, the mattress are really hard and isn’t comfortable I can’t sleep well. The location is another issue is not safe arround it, really not recommended for foraingners. Just outside of the hotel I suffer a tentative from a guy who wants to stole my iPhone when I waiting my cab just in front of the hotel door. I had a bad experience I don’t understand really why the rates that theirs have and that was the reason that I choose them plus the pictures that theirs shows.

O apartamento é incrível, mas muito mal cuidado, infelizmente. Apesar disso, é limpo. As cortinas dos quartos não isolam a claridade, as janelas do banheiro não oferecem privacidade, já que o prédio vizinho consegue ver dentro. A janela de um quartos estava com o vidro quebrado. Agora o ponto mais importante, é um apartamento extremamente barulhento, pois fica na frente de uma balada. Então se quiser dormir tranquilo, não é o seu lugar. Fora isso, a localização é perfeita! Tudo a pé e muito central. Retornaria ao edifício mas não nesse apartamento.

Excelente lugar para quem precisa ficar no centro

A experiência no Renata foi excelente. O quart oferece bom tamanho e a cama é muito confortável. Além disso, eles contam com talheres, filtro de água, geladeira, forno elétrico, talheres, ou seja, estrutura completa para facilitar a estadia. O ponto positivo é realmente o quarto. A equipe também é um diferencial. Solicitos e muito educados. A única coisa negativa, se é que posso assim dizer, foi tentar entrar em contato com o hotel pelo atendimento do Hoteis.com, mas não tivemos contato. Além disso, ficamos surpresos ao saber que nossa reserva não contava com café da manhã. No entanto, isso foi resolvido ali mesmo e não tivemos que arcar com o custo, que não é barato. O café da manhã também é diferenciado. Vi vários comentários não tão bons aqui, mas apesar de ser no estilo à lacarte, é suficiente para não sair com fome ou insatisfeito. Sem contar que o café servido é um café gourmet, o que melhou a experiência.
