close to airport but shabby

Positives: close to airport; shuttle was efficient Negatives: room was shabby; things were broken (the bedside lamp was falling apart, the toilet didn't flush properly); the bottom sheet on the bed didn't cover the mattress at the foot; one staff person told us breakfast started at 7AM (too late for us) but when we got to lobby at 6AM for our shuttle, others were eating; shuttle system was confusing (you had to ask for a ticket).

As other ppl said, the key slot which turns on room was broken. When told the guy said let me send mechanic and this was at 2:00 am. I had to insist to change room. No regular water. The front staff were very friendly but had no clue on many things. Great breakfast.

Paguei por um quarto com cama queen e me deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Atendimento na recepção extremamente lento e apesar de renovado, o corredor do hotel está bem feio com arranhados em algumas portas de manutenção e nas paredes.
