O hotel entrega aquilo que pretende: hospedagem barata, com uma excelente localização e adequada para se ter o conforto básico mas necessário durante a estadia. O atendente Wilson também foi muito solícito e educado, dando as informações necessárias à estadia. O café da manhã também foi adequado.

Hotel muito antigo, porta do box do banheiro não fechava. Faltam cabides no banheiro p pendurar as roupas e toalhas. Pouco espaço entre as camas e poucas tomadas. Mas as camas são boas e o chuveiro esquenta bem a água. Cobertores e lençois bons. Recepcionista extremamente educado, atencioso e solícito.

Estive hospedada de 16 a 18 de maio 2025. Experiência em geral foi muito boa. Bom atendimento no balcão. Café da manhã razoável. Quarto bom, com cama grande e confortável. Banheiro também bom. Apenas com uma resalva no box precisando de uma boa faxina com água sanitária, frisos dos azulejos, e onde corre as portas do box com partes escura, pretas, que uma boa limpeza tira tudo, ficou a desejar essa limpeza. Fiquei no apartamento 403. Local do hotel muito bom, para quem quer comodidade para caminhar no centro da cidade e com farto transporte público.

Equipe da recepção ótima, atenciosa e prestativa. Contudo, tenho 3 observações. 1 - Quarto que fiquei (207) muito barulhento, por estar voltado para a avenida onde o trânsito é bem pesado. 2 - Ausência de ducha higiênica no banheiro. 3 - Colocam muito gelo no suco de laranja, por isso fica muito aguado rapidamente.

A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo.

Um ótimo hotel!

Não tenho do que reclamar. O atendimento dos dois turnos estão de parabéns. O quarto estava bem arrumado e limpo. Ar condicionado e Televisão funcionando certíssimo. Solicitei um travesseiro a mais na recepção e recebi de imediato. O café da manhã com bastante opção, incluindo frutas, sucos e iogurte. Recomendo o hotel, com certeza me hospedaria novamente nele!

Estadia tranquila

Eu gostei de tudo: atendimento, localização, café da manhã… Tem uma coisa apenas que acredito que é importante e me fará pensar duas vezes numa possível próxima vez: a ausência de ducha íntima para higiene no banheiro. O uso do papel é prejudicial. Entendo que o prédio é antigo e tal… mas acredito que essa particularidade não vai diminuir o status do hotel. Espero que isso seja providenciado, pois gostei muito de minha estadia e gostaria de voltar a me hospedar com vcs.

Hotel ótimo pelo atendimento e localização. Café da manhã bom. Só o espaço do banheiro que é muito pequeno (pelo menos da quarto individual que fiquei dessa vez, e chaveiro com o número do quarto muito grande que na hora de abril a porta é ruim, mas independente disso no geral é bom.
