Terrible communication. We arrived earlier on the first day because our flight was changed and asked to check in early, but they didn’t allow it. The reception staff didn’t help at all, claiming they couldn’t do anything and that communication was only possible through WhatsApp. I had to book another hotel because they wouldn’t let us check in early, even though we were willing to pay for it. The Wi-Fi at reception was terrible, making it nearly impossible to register our fingerprints. On the last day, our checkout was scheduled for 11 a.m., but they shut off our water at midnight. We couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth, despite still having several hours before checkout. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Studio muito bom, mas o check-in foi uma experiência muito ruim. Só conseguimos fazer o check-in no dia seguinte e porque encontramos o perfil no Instagram, que foi nossa respondeu muito rápido e resolveu. Se conseguirem melhorar isso, será nora10.

Bom lugar e ótima localização

Estrutura do prédio e localização muito boas. O apartamento tem um bom tamanho e é confortável, mas senti falta de itens básicos como um ferro de passar roupa, uma vassoura, pá e pano de cozinha e pano de prato. O chuveiro parece estar entupido e a água sai muito espalhada, mas esquenta bem. Senti falta também de um filtro de água. Tem Netflix e Globoplay o que ajudou muito. O travesseiro pode melhorar também.

A localização é boa, o tamanho do flat é ótimo mas o colchão já estava fundo de tanto uso e não tinha itens como sabonete.

Mais atenção com a limpeza

Bem localizado, bonito, academia e piscina maravilhosas porém a limpeza deixa MUITO a desejar. Tinha cabelo pelo chão e roupas de cama e lençol manchados com maquiagem. Pia suja de pasta de dente.

Boa localização e só

A localização é ótima, perto do metro e mercados, os espaços do condomínio como coworking, piscina e academia também são bons (mas a forma de acesso ao predio é horrivel) e a parte boa para por aí. No quarto em si, a cama era ruim, wifi não estava funcionando (o atendimento via chat é irritantemente ineficiente, lento e não resolve, fiquei sem internet 4 dias, e pelas outras avaliaçoes o problema é recorrente), a tv estava como cabo com mal contato ficava falhando, de raiva ficou desligada, o quarto nao possui espelhos, o ar condicionado é extremamente barulhento chegava a assustar quando disparava. Banheiro com cortininha que molha tudo, enfim, o quarto é bem básico

bom conforto e localização, péssimo para transitar

Bem localizado, com conforto bom, o ar condicionado poderia ser mais potente. mas o principal ponto negativo é a dificuldade de acesso (e saída), toda vez que entra ou sai do prédio é um tanto burocrático. Por exemplo, o elevador de saída do subsolo, não abre a porta para entrar até que a portaria autorize, a acomodação não fornece reconhecimento facial e digital para facilitar a entrada e saída, mesmo que de forma provisória.

Maravilhoso mas precisa melhorar a portaria

O local é muito bom é ótima localização. O problema é a portaria: deveriam cadastrar o rosto ou biometria para entrar. Como não cadastram para entrar a qualquer momento precisa esperar o porteiro, confirmar os dados e depois consegue entrar. Então se você sair 10x precisa confirmar os dados 10x

Good stay, clean and comfortable.

The studio room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Netflix was a huge plus. Good area and plenty within walking distance. Ubers are cheap. The only issue we had was the entrance and getting around the building. We needed to scan a qr code for each entrance, which wasn't made very clear, and had to wait for security to let us into the main entrance always. With none to call for help, we found ourselves hanging around for a bit until we could figure it out, or until we received a response from the automated text help. Lovely pool available to use and a gym too. Could do with a clothes airer available to use, as there is nowhere to hang wet clothes. Overall great stay. Would recommended.

Ótima localização!

Flat bem localizado, check in e check out todos on-line. Próximo à estação de metro, mercados e boas opções de alimentação perto. Estilo moderno, mas simples. Tem uma varanda bacana. As panelas não são antiaderentes, o que dá bastante trabalho para limpá-los e a bucha disponível não era nova, o que junto com outros itens perdeu pontos da limpeza. Roupa de cama bem simples, mais 2 travesseiros melhorariam o conforto, mas itens simples de serem resolvidos e provavelmente voltaria outras vezes.

Faltou ar quente, apenas norte e nordeste não precisam de calefação nesse país, poucos travesseiros e o quarto é adaptado para deficientes o que não fica confortável para quem não é, como seria ruim se não fosse para quem é. Economia com pequenas detalhes que fariam toda diferença no conforto da estadia.
