Mal mal no me pude comunicar con la propiedad ni expedía rente dos habitaciones éramos 7 personas una habitación tenía solo una cama éramos 3 personas fue una persona de o 3 era edad de 83 años tengo evidencias , les envié los documentos (pasaporte ) está ahí los documentos estuvimos 3 días la persona que es mayor de edad se quedó en el suelo

Conforto próximo da Avenida Paulista

Excelente localização, a pouco minutos a pé da Avenida Paulista e do metrô. Mercado, panificadora e diversos comércios nas proximidades. Quarto ótimo, tudo novinho e muito bem cuidado. Cozinha equipada, pratos, talheres e copos disponíveis deixam tudo ainda mais prático. Cama confortável, ar condicionado excelente e chuveiro espetacular. Um conforto!!!!! Recomendadissimo!!!!!!

Ótima localização e instalações!

As instalações são excelentes, e, o apto é muito bem equipado. Todo o conforto! Só senti falta de uma “tranca” no lado de dentro do apto, e, de um “olho mágico”. Ah…e que o ramal do Zelador seja colocado em local visível.
