Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

The b&b is located in a trashy area which feels absolutely unsafe. The staff, although nice, don’t speak English! The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly. The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night! And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings !

Longest check in process

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

Antes de chegar ao local fiquei desconfiado com a limpeza após ler os comentários aqui. Entretanto encontrei um quarto e banheira limpos, ótima cama. Café da manhã farto. Fiquei satisfeito com tudo. Valeu a pena.

Hotel é bom no geral, mas precisa de cuidados, está deixando o tempo abater, além disso o staff é muito jovem, não tem noção de bom atendimento, precisa de treinamento urgente. As outras vezes que fiquei foram mais agradáveis.
