RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

Elevadores insuficientes para a demanda, e para piorar, um quebrou.... Comum passar 12 a 15 minutos aguadando. Rua em obras, nem taxi nem uber vão até a frente do hotel, para-se na esquina e a pessoa tem que ir caminhando, por duas vezes, um funcionário do hotel abril a porta do meu quarto e pediu desculpas dizendo que entrou errado, segurança zero. Já me hospedei em outros hoteis da rede B&B que foram ok, mas este em específico não indico a ningém.

Quarto estava limpo e estrutura do hotel é muito bacana, mas um elevador estava sempre quebrado, gerando fila para subir ou descer. A rua do hotel está em reforma, não recebi nenhum aviso sobre isso e achei muita falta de consideração, deveríamos ser avisados.

Não fui informado com antecedência que o estacionamento era pago e o valor da diária. Não fui informado que justamente o trecho da rua onde fica o hotel estava interditado por obras, por isso tive dificuldades de chegar no hotel e na noite anterior a minha saida do hotel fui surpreendido com a notícia que eu deveria tirar o carro na manhã seguinte, no máximo até ás 07:00, pois a rua seria fechada as 08:00 para concretagem e somente depois de perguntar algumas vezes para a recepção do hotel e eles dizerem que não tinham nada com o estacionamento, finalmente alguém , um manobrista, me disse que talvez, eu disse talvez eu poderia colocar o carro no estacionamento na frente do hotel e somente no dia seguinte, por volta das 07:00, perguntando ao, acho que chefe dos manobristas, ele me disse que colocaria o carro no estacionamento em frente ao hotel e que esse procedimento, de colocar o carro no estacionamento em frente, era usual, mas que eu deveria pagar o estacionamento, o que foi feito. Fiquei então preocupado e tentando achar uma solução a noite toda, pois não sabia wue tinha estacionamento em frente ao hotel e que estaria disponível para tanto. Uma tremenda falta de comunicacão, no minimo. Muito desagradável.

O hotel é bom e seguro. Tem jantar com preço justo. Café da manhã gostoso. Quartos amplos e limpos. Muito bem localizado. Quando fomos, havia uma obra na rua e a mesma estava interditada. Acabamos tendo uns contratempos por conta de estarmos de carro, mas no fim deu tudo certo e isso não é culpa do hotel. A única coisa em relação ao hotel é que os elevadores são bem demorados e quando chegam ainda estão cheios. Tem três mas apenas 2 funcionando. Fora isso, estadia super confirtável.

Boa localização, perto do metrô e de pontos turísticos. O box não tinha porta era só uma cortina de plástico. Ter jantar no hotel (pagando um valor à parte)foi um diferencial já que não haviam muitas opções no entorno
