The check-in system is slow, the staff NEVER got back to us when we messaged them about the terrible odor in the room and bed sheets, the poor condition of the towels (completely stained and overused) and the lack of toiletries in the bathroom. The only time we heard from them was at checkout when the had the nerve to message us to see if we were going to check out at 11am.

Fácil de realizar o processo de check-in (tudo via online), quarto super confortável, tamanho suficiente para duas pessoas. Banheiro de tamanho razoável. As únicas queixa são: panelas com fundo já estragados e falta de sabonete, ao menos para a chegada do hóspede, para lavar a mão.

A localização é muito boa, bairro tranquilo. O quarto estava limpo e o prédio bem cuidado. Todas as minhas solicitações foram atendidas pela equipe presencial e online. A unica ressalva que faço é qusnto ao colchão que já está ruim, precisando de troca. De resto, tudo impecavel.

A localização é a melhor coisa. Destaque tb pra facilidade de acesso na portaria e no apto. Cama, chuveiro e armários muito bons. Na parte não tão boa: cortina quebrada, toalheiro quebrado, poucos utensílios básicos (1 faca e nenhum garfo) e a limpeza que fica a desejar. Precisei chegar e ja passar um paninho nos móveis para tirar poeira e sujeira (marcas de gordura e melado) e uma toalha desinfetante no banheiro, pois os metais estavam sujos. Na minha opinião, passei uma semana confortável, mas só depois que eu mesma dei um jeito na sujeira. Então recomendo que esse ponto melhore, mas que todos os outros sigam bons como já são.

Apartamento novo, bom estado de conservação e bem localizado. Dispõe de alguns utensílios domésticos. Não tem secador de cabelo. A comunicação com a propriedade é extremamente difícil. Menu automático e burocrático. Alguns atendentes são simpáticos, outros não. Se precisa pedir antecipação de check-in ou late check-out, não recomendo o local.

O apt é pequeno mas acomoda com conforto 2 pessoas. O acesso ao prédio é através de QR em 2 etapas o que confere segurança e a fechadura do apt é eletrônica. Uma TV smart muito boa. Muito limpo e arrumado. Uma pressão no chuveiro maravilhosa. A localização é ótima com um Pão de Açucar na rua paralela e uma padaria muito boa a 2 quadras. Recomendo bastante

Muito bom.

O apartamento é muito bacana, funcional e com uma sacada com jardinzinho bem legal. A única coisa que acredito que poderia melhorar é o tamanho da cama de casal. Ficou um pouco apertado para duas pessoas de estatura mediana. Mas pra quem estiver sozinho, recomendo bastante.

Foi excelente, gostei demais, os funcionários foram excelentes, o serviço de portaria também, e o suporte que precisei do chaveiro me surpreendeu positivamente, teve apenas um detalhe que incomodou, e acho que poderia ser rapidamente resolvido com um aspirador de pó por todo o apartamento, principalmente embaixo da cama e nos cantos onde houve alguma colocação de armários. Recomendo, usaria novamente, tem boa localização e um estacionamento em frente.
