"This was our fourth stay for myself and my son at the Mercure Resort Sanur for another fantastic family holiday. The hotel and rooms are clean with ample amenities and comfy beds. The gardens are stunning, strolling out from your room each morning into them is a real treat and brilliant way to start a relaxing day. There are ample restaurants nearby with loads of choice, even for my fussy 8yo! Each year we come back is better and better, can’t wait to visit again!"

"Lovely staff. Good food and drinks from the beach bar. Comfortable bed. The room was not very well lit- there is no light on the roof over the bedroom. Juice at breakfast was very artificial. Some amenities feel old and run-down. Staff were not very responsive when I was trying to message and call via WhatsApp in an emergency, but did help me with my issue once I did manage to make contact. The hotel is near the end of the Sanur strip- I would have preferred to stay further up"

"Really lovely resort on a nice clean beach. Room was excellent with a massive comfy bed, nice sofa bed on balcony and everything you’d need or want. They provided a lot of complimentary bottled water too. I was only here for one night so didn’t have time to experience a lot of the hotel facilities but the breakfast was great and pool/bar are very nice too. I hope to come back again for a longer stay. "

"The pool was spectacular and breakfast was delicious - special thanks to Samuwan for your warm welcome and the banana pancakes. We did find it strange that there was no introduction to the resort and no guest directory. The QR code did not go through to the directory so it wasn't until our second to last day there that we discovered you can get a voucher at reception for one of the long beach lounges out on the beach itself (short walk from the hotel). It also took 3 nights of asking multiple times for the complaint we made about a constantly flashing light above the jacuzzi to be fixed - the light could not be turned off so it impacted our sleep. "

"Great location in Sanur just a few minutes walk to Icon shopping mall if you're into that, lots of local coffee shops and restaurants as well as the tourist trap souvenir shops. The staff on the whole are very friendly and helpful we found the staff not as attentive when we were down on the sun lounges on the beach. Breakfast was included in our package, there was plenty of options to choose from, eggs which ever way you wanted, bacon, chicken sausages, different pastries, cold meats fresh fruits and plenty more."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Segara Village Hotel, and will likely stay there again, but there were a couple of things (mostly outside of the control of the staff) that unfortunately made the stay not as excellent as it could have been. When we arrived our room had been set up with two single beds instead of a double bed. As we got there late, my husband and I just went straight to bed & credit to the staff they DID fix it the very next day so we had a double bed for the rest of the stay. We loved the fact our room was in a separate section to the rest of the accommodation were so we had an adults only pool, meaning we could relax in the afternoon with a dip without the noise/excitement of young kids. We could have gone to the other pools if we wished, but enjoyed the quiet and shade of our area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were fantastic & incredibly helpful & made our stay great. The hotel being right on the beach was excellent & we enjoyed the beach dining area too. Unfortunately part way through our stay, one of the bedside shelves collapsed & smashed a glass & narrowly missed my husband's foot. Again, the staff were great and moved us to another room immediately, but it was a inconvenient having to move everything at night & my husband's CPAP machine was on the shelve when it fell so we had to check it for damages. Ultimately no-one was hurt and we appreciated the room change. We look forward to staying again once renovations are completed."

"The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price"
