Slow internet Gym is not on site, it is a free entry to a gym a few mjnutes walk away. That gym was close on one day of my stay and limited hours on the others.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful, as were the views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely pay extra for access to the lounge (comes with breakfast and dinner)— it was well worth it. Great amenities, especially the pool and gym. Will definitely stay here again the next time ...

Waited two hours for room service. And then when checking out, I asked three times to Gabriella if I can review the charges on my invoice and she told me I could review it in my email. Or wait for her to help the other people that were waiting in line behind me?? we won’t be returning.
