"A group of 6 booked rooms through Expedia. A very lovely hotel. Front desk staff is easy to work with, a delicious hot breakfast every morning with omelettes and fresh fruit and other items. The new elevator was really helpful with our luggage. Staff is so nice. We will be back!"

"I would definitely recommend. Safety is paramount due to my job back in America and I can say the area and hotel exceeds the security measures put into place. I saw police officers in trucks riding up and down the streets with blue lights on non stop, I saw police officers drop inside of the hotel and they even hire overnight security to provide extra security. "

"I like quiet places. So this hotel fitted my style well, though I needed to put the AC off at night because I could not handle the degree of noise it makes. I know a local who helped me some errands I needed to do. So I cannot talk much about how accessible to services the hotel is. Overall I liked it there and I will likely go back though I like hotels on the malecón for the view they offer. "
