Had a very comfortable 3-night stay at Tinto with my girlfriend. It's located in Barrio Bellavista, within a a few steps of numerous restaurants and attractions. One thing that is good to know in the current social climate in Santiago is that the hotel is in a safe area, though it is close to the epicenter of protests in Plaza Italia. Our room (a "suite") was nice, though not huge, with a king bed and sizable bathroom. Breakfast (which was included) was served either in-room or poolside upon request. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially in getting a car to the airport on short notice. Also, the 12-course dinner at 040 Restaurante was amazingly tasty, though you will walk away stuffed. There's also a speakeasy upstairs, which would be much cooler if each drink did not take about 20 minutes to make. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel to others traveling to Santiago.
We used the hotel as a base in Santiago while exploring Chile and stayed on three occasions. The hotel staff were very helpful while planning our holiday initially and also on each of our arrivals. The hotel is in a great location - there are plenty of good restaurants nearby in the direction of Patio Bellavista and the centre of Santiago is not too far to walk. The rooms are comfortable, but the breakfasts were a bit limited. We would certainly consider staying here again should we find ourselves needing to visit Santiago and we can thoroughly recommend the hotel.
Stylish, comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Bella Vista. Staff was so helpful to us in finding a place to park our car, helping with getting our luggage in and out, recommendations of where to eat etc. Super nice people.
A pleasant stay in a relatively central district. Alejandro was very helpful and willing to organise various transfers, but few others spoke English, which complicated some things.
Fantastic location. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was a little smaller than expected but well appointed
and everything else more than made up for that. The breakfast was excellent and delivered to our room each morning. Highly recommended.

Hotel em ótima localização, mas no inverno as fotos do site não condizem ao q oferece: tem problemas de falta de agua quente p banho, piscina nao funciona e restaurante nao opera bem.
The Tinto was absolutely excellent. Amazing, thoughtful staff; attractive rooms; delicious breakfast served up in the room each morning; great WiFi; and a fabulous speakeasy and an unbelievable restaurant on site. I’ve traveled a lot in life, few places have left me with this good of an impression. Amazing value, highly recommended.
Ruim.. Cortina ruim.. Vaza muita luz!

Be sure to avoid rm #101. It's on the ground floor, dead smack between restaurant entrance, outdoor terrace, and the check-in is on the other side of the closet. That plus the general noise of the neighborhood = earplugs as a necessity. it's also comically small.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast was marginal with minimal choices and lack of silverware and plates. A bit odd having to get buzzed in the front door each time you returned to the Hotel but necessary I guess in this neighborhood. Night clerk was not particularly helpful when we arrived to direct us to a good place to eat, but others working during the day were much more helpful. Overall an expensive hotel for the quality.

hospitality was excellent. staff was great! a little disappointed with outside area. outside needs lots of maintenance pool is chipping, the lawn not kept, lounge chairs are pretty but not practical or comfortable. the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool.
Wow, what a great hotel. We absolutely loved it. Amazing are. Pool is incredible. Staff are excellent. Restaurant and bar are top shelf. Recommend to anyone.
If you're a light sleeper, get one of the rooms in the back. We had a room our front and there's a nightclub that goes quite late on Fridays and Saturdays - Sunday and Monday were no problem though - that said, we are heavy sleepers and had no problem seleeping.
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, but the real highlight was the front desk staff -- Jaime, Alejandro, and Chris were all fantastic! They all helped us with everything we needed and were friendly, as well!
Very interesting interior design, and the little back garden with the pool is amazing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help with any concerns.
I had a problem with a booking for a return taxi. The staff was there to help and they sorted out the problem to our satisfaction.
We were also leaving before the official start of the breakfast, and they provided an in-room breakfast service that was outside the hotel's breakfast hours.
I will definitely return!
Good stay! Room was small however it was comfortable accommodations which is most important. The best was really cozy which is always an plus. For those that don’t mind the party scene there’s a cub right across the street and since my stay was during a Saturday thru Sunday timeframe the club across the street was thumping out beats the early morning. It didn’t bother me at all, however I do realize that for some this is a turn off. Cheers to Alex and Javier for there outstanding service! Bravo Zulú!
