Was very handy to transport options. Airport bus no longer stops at Los Heroes it seems which was my main reason for choosing this Hotel but the Republica stop was only 10 minutes walk away so worked out ok. My room was very quiet which is a bonus on this trip. Breakfast was ok, had better had worse.

Good but……

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

Tudo foi excelente , quarto bastante confortável, cama grande , frigobar no quarto e outras comodidades pra quem quer preparar comida . A única coisa que não gostei foram as toalhas pq tinham aspecto de sujas, mal lavadas , não eram mais brancas. O banheiro tb é muito bom.

O hotel tem instalações relativamente novas, é um apart hotel, tem uma cozinha completa, está bem localizado, dentro de um centro comercial, que tem dois supermercados, lanchonetes, uma linha de metrô na porta. O café da manhã é bem razoável, na maioria dos dias do oi bem abastecido de frutas eu pães, doces e outras cositas O que me desagradou um pouco é em relação ao banheiro, pois pra tomar banho tem que entrar em uma banheira, e eu acho perigoso, entrar e sair. Se existe a banheira, porque o hotel não fornece a tampa, para podermos tomar um banho mais seguro? Acho que pra mim foi o único ponto negativo. Quando voltar ao Chile, se possível me hospedar eu novamente, aqui.

É a terceira vez que fico neste hotel! Infelizmente os serviços pioram bastante desde a primeira experiência! Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções! A localização do hotel é muito boa! Mas os serviços não são mais os mesmos de anos atrás.

Pontos negativos:O quarto que ficamos standard casal, não era confortável, havia apenas 1 toalha , box( banheira apertada) , apenas um lado da cama havia mesa apoio, precisa de melhorias na pintura. Pontos positivos: Localização central, proximidade com restaurantes, lojas em gerais, alguns pontos turísticos, bom atendimento das recepcionistas, café da manhã adequado, suficiente , a cama confortável e gostamos da vista .

Hotel super bem localizado, dentro de um centro comercial com mercado, banco, lanchonetes. Dá pra conhecer o Centro a pé e alguns pontos turísticos. Em frente ao metrô e a 5 min do ponto de ônibus pro aeroporto. Limpeza impecável e café da manhã maravilhoso! Quarto com frigobar e ar condicionado! Banheiro com shampoo e creme pra cabelo, sabonete líquido e secador. O único ponto negativo é a banheira (não sei se é costume no Chile), mas é pequena e uma pessoa de estatura mediana não consegue se sentar e esticar as pernas rs Para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de locomoção achei ruim. As recepcionistas são muito educadas, atenciosas e prestativas!

Ao lado do Palácio Moneda.

Hotel excelente, todo novo, bem equipado. Reservamos a suíte superior,, muito limpo, vista muito legal, café da manhã espetacular, delicioso, todos os dias. Equipe do hotel muito prestativa e cordial. Estacionamento muito bom também, prático ! Adoramos o complexo,, com várias cafeterias, supermercado, mercadinhos e restaurantes. Só dei 4 estrelas no conforto e não 5, por causa do box do banheiro.que realmente é apertado. Retirando a banheira e colocando um blindex, iria otimizar o espaço. O único ponto que não está cem por cento, mas mesmo assim, retornaríamox novamente.
