Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not so impressive from the outside but very nice inside. The breakfast display is superb with the freshest fruits, delightful tarts/sweets, great coffee and the friendliest staff. Please add some shelves/cabinets in the bathroom, there is nothing to put "stuff" on. Otherwise, very nice.

The property is not much to look at from the outside but inside it was absolutely gorgeous. Located in a safe part of Santiago 10 minute walk from high end shops, restaurants, and parks. Staff doe not understand the word no. If you ask for something they will see that it gets done.
