A Great Place to Stay, in a Great Location!

I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.

Great Stay in Santiago

We stayed at De Blasis three days before and two days after a trip to Patagonia. When we returned, it was like coming home. We loved the fact that it was small and in a very safe neighborhood. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly! We took advantage of their offer for airport transportation and it worked out extremely well. Our room was both clean and comfortable. (We had a room with a private bath.) We enjoyed the local restaurants and cafe. If you like a smaller place with local flavor, then this is for you. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip to Santiago an enjoyable one!

DECEPÇÃO TOTAL!!!!

Na verdade, não houve nossa estadia, pois foi decepcionante. A pousada não tem estacionamento e o banheiro é compartilhado com todos. Pelo menos para minha família foi o que nos ofereceram. E se nem se preocuparam com nossa desistência, pois como já havia pago e não tinha mais jeito de devolução no cartão de crédito, eles não estavam nem aí. Fiquei decepcionado também com vocês do "Hotels.com", pois não foi nada como havia contratado.

The place appears to be old house and same characters as the neighborhood houses. It nearby metro, restaurants and small grocery. The property is bed and breakfast . Front desk and kitchen( breakfast staff) attentive to your needs. The place is walking distance to the park. We also took the train and bus going to Valparaíso for a day trip. This was my 2nd stay in this property while on Santiago.

Beautiful old bld off a main street in Providencia neighborhood. Wonderful personnel at the front desk. Room n bathroom are small however quiet in the evening. Some maintenance issues should be addressed. Breakfast is average and the same everyday.

You shoul try this place.

I can only confirm, what many other reviews said. Here was super friendly staff - all of them. They will smile at you, advice you and serve whatever you need. BIG thank you to all of you! The rest like convenient and calm location close to metro station, restaurants and shops stays kinda hiden in shadows.
