We had to show up to a different address with our luggage first to check in. When we arrived to apartment the stovetop was on, there were no linens and the bathroom was dirty. Someone else had the code to the apartment because people walked into the apartment while we were staying there.

Ruim e com casas de prostituição a volta.

Quando chegamos parecia ser tudo maravilhoso, ao entrar no apto e deparar-se com a vista para a montanha foi maravilhoso, ao tentar abrir a porta do banheiro não consegui e quando chamei o responsável ele falou que ainda era minha culpa e perguntou se eu não tinha travado a porta. Fiquei surpreso pela tratativa... Enviaram alguem após 40 minutos e eu com um bebê para dar um banho após a viagem, ficaram quase 1 hora para resolver o problema e ainda fui destratado. QUando anoiteceu deitei na cama e ela cheirava a mofo, desci para pegar uma pizza e me deparei com 2 casas de prostituição, uma na frente do prédio e outra na lateral, onde as pessoas chamavam na rua para entrar. No outro dia tentei uma saída com o responsável que falou que se eu quisesse ir embora que fosse mas ele não devolveria o dinheiro por que ele resolveu o problema da porta quase duas horas depois. Sai e fui para outro hotel. Ele não devolveu o dinheiro e o Hoteis.com também não cobriu o prejuizo, mesmo com todas as informações passadas. Evitem... É fria, tanto o quarto quanto os responsáveis...

The area of the apartments was very convenient and it was In a good location to find plenty of things to do. The rooftop pool was amazing and relaxing. Unfortunately the way to check in and receive keys to your apartment was unclear and difficult to figure out. Would be the only complaint I have.

Its location is nice with lots of restaurents around it. The problem is that it is extremely noisy. It was as if we were sleeping alongside the street! Also, one has to pay for parking.

Grade baixa de mais para um ap tão alto , o ar-cond. fazia um barulho de vibração as vezes que incomodava. A vedação acústica é excelente e as cortinas garante boas horas de sono tranquilo .

Vi valde denna lägenhet för den ligger precis bredvid tunnelbanan Vilket gjorde att vi enkelt kunde resa till många sevärdheter Lägenheten var bra utrustad med saeftybox strykjärn hårtork TV och aircondition En härlig balkong med stol och bord där vi kunde äta vår frukost På 24:e våningen fanns det en pool och möjlighet att hyra del av terassen för att grilla. Det fanns bord och stolar för 10-12 personer

The company’s office/reception is located in a different building and the “reception” at the actual building where the apartment is located in lacked English speaking staff most of the time. That said, the receptionist at the office was helpful and allowed me to leave baggage to collect later in the day during the day of my department. The amenities were basic the view at the top of the building is stunning. I would recommend staying just for this reason.

O apartamento tem excelente vista, muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô, supermercado e restaurantes. Como me hospedei no inverno fez falta um aquecedor. O apartamento possui ar condicionado. Todas as solicitações eram atendidas prontamente pelo George Romero. Para receber uma nota excelente faltou apenas o aquecedor e uma garrafa térmica.

Apartamento muito agradável e bem localizado

Fomos surpreendidos logo na recepção pelo Francisco, muito atencioso e educado. Ao chegarmos no apartamento outro boa surpresa. Um lugar com cheiro de limpeza, harmonioso e aconchegante. O Francisco nos reservou um apartamento no 23º andar, com uma belíssima vista da cidade e das montanhas com os picos nevados. Me perguntou através de aplicativo, como estávamos, como estava a limpeza do apartamento, e se colocou a disposição para nos ajudar no que precisássemos. A pessoa responsável pela limpeza (não a conhecemos), manteve o apartamento limpo. No nosso check out não foi diferente, fomos atendidos pelo Ruan, igualmente educado e atencioso.
