"The room was in okay condition but the cleaning was poor, the music was extremely loud and it continued until 11pm every night, when that finished there was music from some bar outside by the beach that was unbearable. If you are half board the most ridiculous thing is that they dont even give you tap water for dinner. Hotel was almost empty the last day and they told us they needed our room so we could not do late check out. First time in Tenerife for us, we saw a lot of the island it is beautiful, rent a car to travel strongly recommend it, lots to see outside the hotel. Regarding the hospitality in this hotel, it is very poor, it feels like you are there to be exploited and its so obvious it makes one feel very uncomfortable."
"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
"Highly recommend this hotel, amazing location on the beachfront next to the shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be returning here again soon."
"The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October."
"For the first time ever we found ourselves with a better view of the harbour. The downside was that the bigger balcony overlooked the hill and busy road. This was no big disappointment though as the whole experience was excellent. The pool area was quiet and well looked after (there was an afternoon where we lost access to the pool-a small accident which meant the pool had to be disinfected, but no bother as we made our selves comfortable in the bar enjoying happy hour. The facilities in general are good with very welcoming staff looking after our needs and in the 9 days we were there our apartment was cleaned at least twice.
The restaurant is also a lovely experience with the staff being very attentive and offering us everything we asked for (drinks & food). We even used the restaurant to order a take away one night which was a delight,
This is our6th trip here and we look forward to coming again."
"Spacious one-bedroom apartment with beautiful views. The breakfast is excellent and it's great value, plus there is free parking outside. Only downsides: the couch isn't comfortable for a third guest, and it's nearly an hour's drive to the mountain hiking trails"
"Really lovely peaceful stay at Kora Tigot.
Beautiful apartment with lots of space for our family of 4, lots of good amenities like gym and laundry. Well equipped kitchen and free refillable water station.
Lovely chilled pool, very clean.
Free parking in the road.
Local area is very quiet, mini supermarket around the corner.
A very chilled holiday for us."
