"Staff were very helpful and approachable. The hotel was a bit dated but kept clean and tidy. It’s a little bit isolated from the shops and tucked away but the views are great."
"Absolutely lovely place, with great staff. The villa, pool and surrounding areas were impressive will views to die for. Very relaxing atmosphere and great food I am going again, it's a little gem and glad I found it."
"A very lovely hotel and blissfully quiet. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly and made the atmosphere very warm. We would love to stay here again."
"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."
"The hotel is wonderful
The infinity and swimming pools are great.
We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing..
The key standout of this hotel were the staff, every single one of them were amazing. They all went that extra step to make our stay 5 stars..The customer care was top notch so I would like...
"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and the hotel is more like a U.K. 3* than a 5*
Good value for money for how cheap it is for an all inclusive.
Just needs updating and I would request a pool view room as the front rooms were noisy late at night.
Very clean hotel to be fair but just in need of a refurbishment.

Dramatic volcanic landscapes surround this charming mountain town where hikers find trails leading to spectacular views of Mount Teide. Explore the historic church in the town square, then head to nearby Masca village for its famous ravine trek.
"The hospitality at the Casa Regina Tenerife is superb.
Since I had to leave before 8:00 AM, they made me breakfast to go that was very healthy.
I appreciate the attention gratefully!

"What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol
Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!"
"Had at great stay at the royal sun. Our apartment was beautiful and we had everything we could need. We had a three bed on the top floor. The facilities in the room were superb, especially the jacuzzi. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. Beds were very comfortable. Whole apartment was spotless and great quality towels. The views were to die for at all times of the day. We also found the area very peaceful. Great to have our own area to chill in water and lounge on the sunbeds on the huge balcony. TV in main bed room too that has access to the balcony.
All staff we met were great especially the blonde receptionist we met at check in. We didn't use housekeeping as we only stayed 5 nights and we tidy as we go but we met the ladies to change towels and get a few coffees and they were lovely also. Shop was really handy, you wouldn't be stuck for anything and nice staff here too. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food or drink.
The pool was a nice temperature and not too busy on our stay so my daughter had plenty fun here with her snorkel set. Loads of sun loungers and umbrellas on a beautiful deck. Sea views and a bar with ice-cream and snacks also.
We did avail of a late check out and we were accommodated till 1pm for an extra €20 which we were delighted with.
Overall this is a great resort with everything you could need. The apartment was amazing for the money we paid so we felt it was good value for our group of 6. I would definitely return. "
"Very nice hotel;. We stayed all-inclusive. Food delicious; pools lovely and super entertainment. Decent value given the high quality. All thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."
"A beautiful hotel with the added bonus of a visit to the Cullinarium for the tasting menu which was incredible breakfast was superb and the views incredible all in all a brilliant stay

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense.
Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean.
We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you.
Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent.
Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."
