I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "The studio apartment was spacious with a kitchen, king sized bed, lounge suite, a kettle - hallejuiah, bar fridge with local wines, cleaned and fresh towels delivered every day. Airconditioning was fantastic. We could pop out pick up our mortadello, parmagiana reggiano, baguettes etc. and be able to prep a meal in the apartment. Walking distance to Bologna station if you would like to go to the Ferrari museum."

From the warm and friendly check-in, where we were offered coffee while our luggage was put in our room, to the cozy, clean and also fun room - it was just perfect! Additionally the restaurant connected to the hotel was fabulous. We enjoyed the best lasagne bolognese we had ever tasted and in the mornings we were overwhelmed by all the tasty breakfast choices. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, right next to Piazza Maggiore but on a very quiet side street. Grazie mille to all the friendly people who made our stay so enjoyable. We’ll be back! "
