We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow running outside to us to give us taxi booking slips after UBER failed us. We can’t say enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well!

The hotel is in the middle of town, you can walk easily everywhere for sightseeing to restaurants and bars. The rooms are beautifully designed and so special. The hotel has a restaurant onsite which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We stayed in the La Torre annex apartment and it was perfect. Lots of space for our family of 4 with two separate bedrooms and two separate fill bathrooms plus living room and kitchenette. The staff was helpful and location was perfect. Just 5 min stroll from Piazza Maggiore.

We've just returned from.a 4 night stay and can't fault the hotel at all. Location was excellent, room was big, bed huge and very comfy! We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful.
