I stayed here for the Bologna children's book fair and it was an absolutely incredible location, so central and above all a beautiful hotel to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was gorgeous and the room stunning. So many incredible details and attention to care including 24 desk service. The hotel packed me a breakfast bag for my early 3am flight and booked a taxi for me. I felt very well looked after here which whilst travelling alone felt lovely, highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place. The room was well designed with antiques and unique furnishings of a bygone era. It’s a historic building with character keeping its tradition of a commercial center, hence its name. It’s charming and lovely. Staff is exceptionally helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. It’s hard to stay away from its biscottis.

The Hotel was centrally located and was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful, and our room was amazing. The history of the Hotel was interesting as well. The decor of the Hotel was wonderful. They offered a storage room for our luggage prior to check out which allowed us to go to lunch without all of our bags. Highly recommend.
