"The highlight of the hotel was the staff and the location. The staff went of of their way to be helpful. The hotel is right next to an entrance to the beach. The air conditioning was good. The small breakfast was a nice surprise. They kept a broom in the closet to help manage the sand, and that small thing made a huge impact. The roll away bed was less than twin sized, but functional. Parking was tight, but we were able to find a space. It’s an older hotel, and the bathrooms made that evident. The water in the shower felt strange…almost slimy? Like you just put lotion on before getting in. The toilet struggled, clogging up a couple times, but resolving its own issue before we needed to call staff in. We had pizza delivered to the room, and the driver found us easily. The staff, cleanliness, and location made it worth the stay."

"Loved the welcome wine at check in. I really like that they text you before you check in to welcome you and see if there are any special requests. I texted asking for a microwave in our room and it was already in the room as soon as we checked in. Love the animals on the property. The pool was great! Definitely staying again."

"Comfortable mattress and pillows. The happy hour for the guests was great. Typically free breakfasts at hotels are SUS. They had cereal, yogurt and toast, as well as the works with eggs bacon, sausage and hash browns or a breakfast burrito with eggs beans cheese and bacon. Plenty of fire pits to keep you warm. Plenty of space to mingle with other guests. The staff was friendly. Overall it was better than anticipated. Will return and even better next door to a brewery 😃"
