Comfortable room and bed. The pool was lovely and relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. The noise from the room above was a little bothersome. I’d request an upper floor with a pool view to get away from the parking lot if we returned. We had a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to downtown SLO, Pismo, Avila beach and more. The room was very clean and well supplied. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was great but the carpets have a bad smell in the rooms. The smell was so strong we had to ask to be switched to another room. We were placed in another room which was better but still, there was a bad odor

The breakfast selection was much better than what most hotels offer. Besides all the usual breakfast items sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bread and pastries they also offered biscuits and gravy. The sausage gravy was the best.
