"What a great location for touring Pisa! Just at the entrance of Piazza del Duomo, where it sits on its own little piazza which is full of market stalls and opposite McDonalds. We arrived by getting the PISAMOVER from the airport, then bus No. +1 from outside the Centrale Station (the bus stop is literally across the road from the hotel). If you arrive from San Rossore train station, it's a 10 minute walk. We had a warm welcome at the hotel, we were on the first floor overlooking the piazza which was lovely. Decorated beautifully with a four poster bed, tea/coffee facilities, great shower and a comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend and we would stay here again."

Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."
