I cannot speak highly enough about our stay at La Posada! The room with the fireplace was amazing, the food in the restaurant and the bar was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.We had everything we needed and then some. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Santa Fe!

Excellent Staff, particularly the Valet & Shuttle drivers and service. When checking in we needed to be asked if we were willing to take the 12 to 15 steps with lluggage to our room at the back of the rather extensive property without elevators.

I enjoyed staying at La Posada. It’s in a great location, charming hotel and grounds, good gym, quiet and comfortable room. The first room I was in, was dark but moved to a nice light and quiet room, comfortable bed.

Front desk was helpful. Wait staff needs training, ex. Long waits for service, inefficient, unprofessional. Patio service in our room was unusable due to lack of cleanliness and ruined chair cushions. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Pool was clean, but pool lounge chair cushions need replacing- very shabby, stained, ripped. Spa was nice, however some tattered towels should be changed out.

I love this location..their emphasis on Art is wonderful and the room and grounds are well kept and unique. The front desk people could have less attitude and more warmth. Whirlpool jets were broken. Fantastic Spa and restaurant staff are very professional and kind.

Love the property and the location. Grounds are picturesque with a nice area for outside dining. The location was great-very close to the plaza, but far enough a way to be quiet at night.
